Sources: Söring Won't Show Up for His Own Lawsuit
Once again, he declines to face the possibility of informed, critical questioning.
I and my team are busy getting ready for the hearing the case of “Söring v. Hammel” this Friday in the Frankfurt Regional Court (Landgericht Frankfurt). This will be a public court hearing, anyone can show up to watch it. The info is: 3 June 2022, Landgericht Frankfurt, 12:00, Bldg. A, Room 123, Heiligkreuzgasse 34:
According to my sources, Söring won’t be appearing in person. I find that disappointing. It’s also odd: He goes to all the trouble to have his lawyers sue me, and then doesn’t even show up to the hearing in his own case?
If you ask me, this is simply the latest in a long-established pattern of behavior from Jens Söring: He will never appear publicly in a venue where he might be faced with critical questions from informed skeptics of his innocence claims. Not even in a court of law, where he can be assured of a fair chance to state his case.
Who knows, perhaps he will change his mind. Why not reach out to him and encourage him to attend? After all, it’s a lot more likely the judge will be able to reach a sound decision if he can hear from both sides.
Why did this hearing take place in Frankfurt ?
I would think that regardless of the judge's decision in the present legal action, isn't the very fact that Soering and his lawyers brought the lawsuit(s) in what should be construed as an obvious attempt to silence and restrain any scrutiny of his criminal past in order to protect his newly created, lucrative and phony status as a European media personality--in effect his and their commercial brand-- a legal issue in its own right? Sort of a RICO case?
