Hi Elkie, sorry you're having problems. The book was only finished a few days ago and everything's at an extremely early stage right now. More links and versions will appear in the coming days.
I am hoping to release a German version in December, but I can't promise anything. I have to do the entire translation myself and then hire an editor. I will announce all new developments here!
