Comment Policy Again

I am an inch away from banning all comments.

As I have said over and over, I have better things to do than police the comment section. I am relying on you to police yourselves. I am an inch away from nuking all comments on this blog.

Let me restate the rules:

1. No speculation about who is “really behind” some anonymous account. That is an idiotic distraction.

2. No personal insults of anyone, anytime. You are on warning, Stefan D. If you post anything with “Dorfmenschen” or “Dösbaddel” or insulting shit like that again, you’re permabanned. I have only decided to give you one single reprieve because many of your comments have been OK and insightful. One more insult like that and you’re perma-banned and all your comments nuked forever.

3. No sharing of any form of private or personal information about myself, Jens Söring, or any other person.

Before you post a comment on this blog, think long and hard about whether it violates any of these rules, or any other rule of polite discourse. If there is even the slightest doubt in your mind, do not post the comment.

From now on, every violation will result in an instant perma-ban and the nuking of all of your comments. I will rule with an iron fist. There will be no appeals. If the authorities submit a formal request for information about a comment which breaks these rules, I will cooperate.

To those of you who play by the rules, sorry for the rude tone of this post. To those of you who needed this reminder, do not fucking ruin this blog’s comment section for everyone.
