A Bleg Re: Possible Upcoming Lawsuit #2, "Stephan Grulert v. Hammel"
Have you personally observed Stephan Grulert publicly saying Jens Söring is innocent?
After winning lawsuit number 1, “Söring v. Hammel”, with the invaluable help of the supremely talented David Ziegelmayer (who is not responsible for anything I post online, by the way), I’m preparing for a possible second lawsuit. Stephan Grulert, Jens Söring’s lawyer and personal friend, served me with a “cease and desist” letter on 25 May 2022. The focus of the letter were two blog posts I wrote about the canceled interview with Jens Söring at the University of Hamburg Law Faculty, which was supposed to happen on 22 May 2022. Go read them!
The first blog post was a serious discussion of the issues raised by this event. The second was a lighthearted satire based on how I imagined the event would have gone down, had it actually happened. Stephan Grulert thinks these blog posts injured his professional and personal honor, and has now threatened to sue me via the “cease and desist” letter from 25 May 2022.
I did not sign this letter, of course. I don’t cower in the face of lawsuit threats, I fight back.
Nevertheless, even after the defeat he faced today, Grulert may decide to file a Motion for a Preliminary Injunction in the next few days. I don’t know what that motion might contain.
But I do know that one specific issue may play a key role in any lawsuit. And so I ask you, dear readers, if you may have information about the following:
Has Stephan Grulert ever publicly stated or written that Jens Söring did not kill Derek and Nancy Haysom?
Has he ever publicly stated or written that he does not believe Jens Söring killed Derek and Nancy Haysom?
Has he ever publicly endorsed, in any way, Jens Söring’s claim that Söring did not kill Derek and Nancy Haysom?
Has he been publicly present when Jens Söring has claimed to be innocent of the murders of Derek and Nancy Haysom? If so, how did he react?
Has he ever in any way endorsed or broadcast the claim that Elizabeth Haysom was present in Loose Chippings when her parents were killed?
I’ve already gathered many sources, but any more would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance. Of course, absolute confidentiality upon request.

I don't think so.
In the lawsuit, Grulert's law firm filed against you, they wrote: "Hammel,..., has not even managed to consider the central idea of rehabilitation in the penal system."
A "rehabilitation" is only needed by a guilty ex-prisoner. An innocent man wouldn't need rehabilitation, right ? So Mr. Grulert obviously considers Soering as guilty.
